How to generate a barcode

Choose the symbology required by your workflow, enter the data and generate the preview. Download PNG for immediate use or scalable SVG for print work.

EAN, UPC, ISBN, GS1 and postal formats impose precise rules for length, characters and check digits. The generator reports invalid input but does not issue commercial identifiers; obtain those from the relevant organisation, such as GS1.

Keep strong contrast and an adequate quiet zone, and do not distort the symbol after downloading it. Before production, test the final-size barcode with the scanners used in the real workflow.

The barcode engine loads only after you press Generate. Data is processed in the browser and is not included in the library request.
